Arranging a family’s multi-stop trip across Europe
A travel agent asked for our help arranging a European holiday for a family of six. Starting in the UK, the client was hopping between locations in Spain, Italy, Greece and France over a period of four days, requesting a private jet charter to give them as much time as possible to explore each destination. With careful planning needed to ensure a seamless itinerary across different time zones, we got straight to work on the complex request.

Our private jet experts designed a bespoke charter solution, sourcing a Legacy 650 with a generous luggage hold and luxury interior. We then liaised with the airport in each destination to quickly secure the required permits and flight clearances.
With the operator unable to store the family’s luggage between stops, we stepped in and arranged for the bags to be kept safe with local handlers. We also leveraged our supplier contacts to source inflight meals at short notice, catering to specific dietary requirements.
In a final touch, our team was able to offer the family a complimentary aircraft upgrade to a Falcon 7x on the first leg of the trip and a Challenger 850 on the second leg.
